Mondo Kitchen Order & Delivery Policy

FREE DELIVERY FOR COFFEE SHOPS if your order is over $100 for most Sydney metro locations. Outer Sydney locations your minimum is $150.Email or "contact us" to verify.

Coffee shops if ordering on line, please  email us info@mondokitchen.com.au to obtain your online discount CODE.

Mondo delivers to most SYDNEY METROPOLITAN AREAS Monday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday.

Deliveries outside of Sydney "contact us" for our list of distributors.

Mondo only uses delivery companies to bring our goods to you.

 

 Naked Cake Customers & Caterers - Deliveries by postcode - if your area is out of the delivery company zone a minimum order of $120 will apply.

Within delivery zones 

Orders over $75.00 delivery fee $22

Orders under $75 delivery fee $38.50 

Orders over $500 No Delivery Fee

All orders are paid before delivery unless prior  arrangements have been made and confirmed

 

COFFEE SHOP DEADLINES WHEN ORDERING FROM MONDO KITCHEN

1 BUSINESS DAY IS REQUIRED 
  • 3.00pm Cut off for all cake orders Monday to Thursday 
  • 2.00pm Cut off for all cake orders Fridays  
  • Sat & Sun  No orders are processed                                

If you have not received a confirmation invoice from Mondo Kitchen within 24 hours we possibly have not received your email - don't leave it to the last minute call us ASAP. 8338 8715

    Changes or Cancelling an order.

    For any changes or cancellations to your order we need to be advised by email or phone 2 working days prior to your delivery or pick up.

    Any changes for a Monday delivery MUST be made no later than 2pm on a Friday. The office CLOSES AT 3PM Fridays.


    Receiving your Cakes & Products

    Delivery hours from 5am - 7pm

    Before 7am your order will be left by your front door - they do not ring doorbells at 6.00 am in the morning. They cannot deliver past your front door or reception area. If you order cakes to be delivered at an office or business location, you must authorize a person at the reception to receive the order on your behalf. You will be asked to sign our delivery manifest to acknowledge that your cakes were delivered in good and proper condition

    Inability to Deliver your Cakes or Products
     You will be liable for a re-delivery fee. We will try our best to contact you to avoid this situation, however, the responsibility lies with you.
